All advertising plans run on a month-to-month rolling basis with no long-term contract or commitment.
Once your advert is live, you can cancel at any time. Your advert will remain live for the paid month unless you choose to terminate it immediately.
Edits and Amendments
Adverts can be edited at any time with no extra or hidden costs. To request an amendment, contact support@dinningtonhub.co.uk and we will prioritise the update.
Refunds and Cancellations
Advertising is billed monthly. Refunds are not usually provided once an advert has gone live, but cancellations will stop future billing.
Premium Advertising Support
Businesses using our Premium package may receive additional support, including a telephone call and a short visit where appropriate. This is intended to help collect the right media and information for a high quality business page.
Accuracy of Business Content
Businesses are responsible for checking that their published information is correct. Dinnington Hub and Tylabs Media may edit, format or structure submitted content for clarity, design, performance and consistency across the website.
